Welcome to  Only The Motivated Basketball Academy. By accessing this website, registering for programs, or participating in services offered by OTM Basketball Academy (“OTM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Program Participation

Participation in OTM Basketball Academy programs, camps, clinics, leagues, rentals, training sessions, or events is voluntary and may involve physical activity. Participants and guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with athletic participation.

OTM Basketball Academy reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to staff, participants, or facilities.

Registration & Payments

  • Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Certain programs may have limited availability and participant caps.

  • Prices, schedules, and program details are subject to change.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds, credits, or transfers may be issued at the discretion of OTM Basketball Academy. Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or other non-emergency situations may not qualify for refunds.

Facility Rules

Participants, guests, and renters must follow all posted facility rules, including but not limited to:

  • No food or drinks on basketball courts

  • No inappropriate language or behavior

  • Respect all staff, players, equipment, and property

  • Proper athletic footwear is required

  • Any damages caused by negligence may result in financial responsibility

OTM Basketball Academy reserves the right to remove any individual who violates facility policies.

Media & Promotional Use

OTM Basketball Academy may use photos and videos captured during events, leagues, camps, clinics, and training sessions for promotional purposes, including social media, advertisements, website content, and marketing materials.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, training materials, and media are the property of OTM Basketball Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
