Small Group Training
(3-6 people)
Small group training is for players who have similar weaknesses, and would like to improve upon these weaknesses in an instructional yet competitive environment.
Players will be put through an intense skill session, as well as small sided games that reinforce what was worked on throughout the skill session so players can use what they learned against a live defense, getting instant feedback from their mistakes, as well as any necessary correction from our staff.
Individual Training
Perfect for individuals who want to hyper focus on a specific weakness in their game for the entirety of a workout. Individual workouts are 100% custom designed to help any player get better through drills that I have done personally throughout my professional and collegiate career, that are tried and tested for maximum results.
