OuTheMud is Basketball programming located in the Ottawa area. Our goal is to help our athletes enhance their basketball ability and reach their basketball dreams. To do this, Outhemud believes in a holistic approach by providing exposure via AAU basketball,professional skill and strength development, as well as educating players on what it will take to play at all levels, whilst serving as a mentor to help guide them along the ups and downs of their basketball journey.
It doesn't matter what your talent level is, if you are willing to put in hard, smart work and be persistent, you too can make it OUTHEMUD.
